프랜차이즈 전문 교육프로그램이 교육만족과 교육전이에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구
본 연구의 목적은 프랜차이즈 전문 교육프로그램을 교육내용과 교육방법, 강사의 전문성 세 개의 요인 으로 구분하여 설정하고 교육과정을 이수한 후의 교육만족에 영향을 주는 교육프로그램의 구성요인이 무엇인지 확인하고 교육만족을 통해 교육전이로 이어지는 연구모형을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 전문 프랜차이즈 실무교육 이수자를 대상으로 2018년 10월 1일부터 2018년 10월 20일까지 설문 조사를 진행하여 총 204부를 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21 를 이용 하여, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 (SEM)에 의한 가설검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 프랜차이즈 전문 교육프로그램의 세가지 요인은 모두 교육과정에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 세가지 요인중 교육내용이 교육만족에 가장 높은 영 향을 주는 요인임을 확인하였다. 또한 교육과정에 대한 만족은 교육전이에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 전문 교육프로그램 중에서는 교육내용에 충실 해야하며 교육생들이 교육 과정에 대한 기대이상의 만족을 통해 교육전이로 이어지도록 해야할 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of Franchise Professional Education Program on Education Satisfaction and Education Transition
The purpose of this study is to verify that franchise specialized training programs affect educational satisfaction and educational transition. Based on approximately 204 surveys for those taking the franchise training programs. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical packages, frequency analysis, technical statistical analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, and hypothesis testing by SEM (Sectional Equation Model Analysis). The results are as follows; 1) The three factors of the franchise specialized education program (educational content, educational method, and instructor's expertise) all had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. 2) Out of the three factors in the education program, educational contents had the highest impact on educational satisfaction. 3) Educational satisfaction with the curriculum was found to have a high impact on the educational transition.
